Rajan Sahay graduated in Economics and History from Oxford University before joining a consultancy firm in London /US working in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 1994 he moved to Portugal and founded Obrana Construction now one of the leading companies of the Silver Coast area. Fluent in several languages, with excellent personal and business contacts throughout the real estate industry in Portugal, with Rajan you are in professional hands.

Roopali Choraria worked internationally for BP for 18 years in Strategic, Financial and Operational roles. In 2004, she moved to Portugal working with a property development company on projects ranging from individual villa build to large construction & renovation projects including Lapa Palace Hotel and the residence of the Japanese Ambassador. Roopali heads International Sales and Off Plan / New Developments for Atlas Property Portugal.

Katya Zhilina – Sales director for Russia / Eastern Europe. With 3 years in property sales and construction management in Russia and 2 years of retail PR in the IKEA Group, Katya is now living in Portugal. “To live in Portugal is so wonderful; the weather, the wine and food, the people - I want to share this miracle with my compatriots". As owner of a property on the Silver Coast, Katya is the ideal person for advice and guidance when it comes to buying a property in Portugal.

Edna Ram is our representative in Israel. Having lived in SouthAfrica, Australia, US and Portugal and with a background in teaching, cultural affairs, real estate, Edna is familiar with ins and outs of buying property abroad. Her charming smile and easy maner has gained her an instant network in Portugal and Isreal. Edna currently lives in Jerusalem.

Catarina’s design & architecture portfolio includes villas, offices, restaurants, showrooms and hotels including those of the Orient Express Group. Catarina supports clients with new builds both in an advisory role and as a designer and planner.
 
Alexandre Costa – Engineer - provides the technical support for clients requiring advice on structural issues of new or resale properties and project management of construction and  renovation.
